Going outside yesterday felt a little bit like a suicide mission. It’s freeeeeeezing in NYC but hey, a girl’s got things to do! The practical need to bundle up doesn’t always produce inspired dressing but my goal is to make it through impending doom I mean winter, with my personal style still in tact.

This year, I didn’t pretend that I live in Miami and avoid seeking out warm weather accessories. I faced the facts and made a plan for getting dressed. Fun hats, scarves, great layering pieces are all in my arsenal for surviving the frigid temps in style.
