I abandoned the notion of “needing” to cover my arms years ago. I mean, if they are fat – they will be fat wrapped in fabric or bare, right? This is one thing I wish I could "let go" of, covering my arms. I cringe at having my sleeves shorter than my elbows.

Hi Katrina! I don't know if I have any tips but the one thing I will say is who cares? If you're big all over does any one expect your arms to be small? I dunno. It doesn't much matter.
