I’ve had this dress for a few months and of course I’m just getting around to wearing it just in time to break the “no white after labor day” rule. It just seems so archaic. Like, why not? I’m pretty sure it’s one of those, this is no longer a rule, rules. Kind of how my grandmother thinks it’s appalling that I wear dresses without pantyhose.

Many of us progressive fat girls are all about breaking rules, redefining them, rewriting them…whatever you want to call it. And sometimes, just proving certain rules to be baseless. So here it is, a white(ish) lace dress, mid September, paired with black leather and the sweetness that can only be found in delectable pastries and in my heart *beam*
