As much as I love a good neutral, I’m also a big fan of contrasting colors. The dress its self is overtly girly. There’s lace and tierd ruffles. I wanted to add a bit more cool so I decided to mash up a few colors that work well together and add a little punch with a print belt. Leopard print is life, especially in small doses! Or big, very big fuzzy 3 quarter jacket doses. Ha!

Lastly, dressing “fancy” pieces down is one of my favorite things to do. This dress that might otherwise sit in my closet until an occasion is now with a fun specled jacket and sneakers and perfect for a casual sunday brunch.
