Jacket | Tank | Girlfriend Jeans
Shopping for jeans can be intense! Women of all sizes find snagging the perfect pair challenging…small waist – big booty, fluffy waist, long legs, short legs – and on and on. That’s why when I find a pair that fit me well, I yell it from the rooftops because nothing is more helpful than seeing a good pair of jeans on a body type similar to your own. So here’s my denim debut in Catherines new girlfriend jeans.
The Girlfriend Jean is just an updated version of the boyfriend style we all love so much but, it’s a little more slim. The less baggy option shows off a few more curves if you’re into that sort of thing. (You know my feelings on “showing your curves” NOT being mandatory!)
So, I gave these a whirl and as a long legged 5’10 booty, hippy and fluffy waist gal – I’d say they fit pretty great! I decided to pair them with this quilted print reversible jacket and a white tank. I haven’t had a reversible jacket in ages and I was loving the idea of 2 in 1. It’s also super light weight for NYC’s highly unpredictable pre-fall weather. I’ll also be making a trek northward bound soon so it will be perfect for more crisp air.
