The peplum is one of those phenomenal trends that burst into our lives and we ate it up. Thin girls, thick girls, fat girls – universally chic. Maybe it was too good, we overdosed. Peplums on everything and everyone, ugh. I’ve certainly had my fun with the peplum, even recently with an updated origami style. The trend OD actually made me sad because the peplum is such a classic style it could really be eternal. So, when I see updated styles that feel fresh it’s like wooo hoooo.
