Wear a Dress, It’s Easy

I’m wearing a dress. (clicks Publish)

Ok fine, I know that is hardly enough lol. But it did just totally make me laugh in my head. Skater dresses are nothing new, but they are in fact heaven sent perfection. Super easy to wear, dress up or down, add a fantastic art deco print and color me happy.

I don’t really subscribe to conventional notions on what plus size women should wear but some might say this silhouette is universally flattering. I just think it’s super cute!

ASOS Curve Art Deco Skater Dress, Necklace: Top Shop, Lips: Merle Norma – Americana

Ever since I discovered MAC Cosmetics’ Ruby Woo, I haven’t even attempted to find another red that I love. Luckily for me, my friends at Merle Norman haven’t left me to my own devices and sent me a bunch of reds to try. This one is Americana and honestly…I’m in love. It’s matte but has a wonderfully creamy texture that goes on so smooth! Definitely a new fav.

Another beauty must for me right now is white polish. Can’t get enough of this Essie Picket Fence shade!

  1. Fabulous! Love the skater shape it kinda really does suit everyone!! And those booties look super cute with it x

  2. I have a serious addiction to buying skater dresses. It's a problem, lol. I have bee looking at this one and just waiting on a sale. And of course, you make everything look even better cause you are so beautiful!

  3. Gorgeous as usual… You kill it once again. Amazing. I'm scared to go above the knee too, thanks to my mother who instilled in me that the back of a fat leg is something horrible to look at. FML. But I think that I'll give it a go this weekend. You look beautiful
