Two Thoughts

Two thoughts…

1. Sometimes I just want to be really comfortable. Things like “how can I look good and yet feel like I’m wearing pajamas today” pop into my mind. My favorite way to kill these two birds with one stone is to go for yummy feeling knits then top it with something structured for a blazer to add a little more polish.

2. You know how when you’re shopping and it’s something like a blazer or jacket and you say to yourself, “hmm I should be the black one or the brown one because I’ll get more wear out of it”? Well I say forget that! Go for the bold color and you can just as easily work it into your wardrobe regulars just as  you would a black, brown or navy basic! I just wore this red blazer less than 2 weeks ago in this post. And here it is again. Getting lots of bang for my buck with this one.

Here’s what I’m wearing:

Red blazer – Jessica London via One Stop Plus

Tribal tank – Avenue (old but similar here)

Harem pants – Evans (similar here)

Espadrilles (here)
