I talk a lot about outerwear because jackets and coats are one of my absolute favorite things to wear. I’m of the mind that covering your bases with skinny jeans, boyfriend jeans, a few tees and sweaters then, loading your wardrobe with amazing coats is the way to go. It’s not that I’m some sort of outwear hoarder, consider me a collector. A collector of all amazing jackets everywhere, ever. Hmm. Yes.
This camel coat from Eloquii gives me hope. A bright light in a see of Gallery (you know that brand your grandma wears) coats for plus size women. We see the light and we walk toward you oh convertible masterpiece. Ahhh! Ok, let’s get serious and talk about what’s right with this coat. Because in truth there are many great coats available this season but this one is pretty special.
1. This coat manages to be classic and fresh at the same time.

3. It’s this seasons (and perhaps the history of the world’s) most perfect color. Camel…
4. There are no vile gold branded sewn on obnoxious hang tags or gold buttons, embellishments, etc.
Sorry Calvin Klein and Michael Kors – Please stop doing this.
5. If you wear the cropped jacket and walk down the street, a stranger will buy you coffee, of this I’m convinced.
