The minute I saw this dress I new I had to have it. As much as I love dressing like a teenage boy, at my core femininity by way of ruffles is my souls delight. New York City has no respect for spring as yet, so I left to find spring in Arizona. My next post will talk more about that but for now, a ruffley dress (which by the way pairs perfectly with both and sneakers – yaaaaaaas) has made me endlessly happy.
