So, I tried Airbnb for the first time and it’s been amazing but, anybody else have to purchase their own toilet paper? Just curious!

I live for last minute trips (surprise, surprise!) When we decided to spend this long weekend in Paris, I decided this would be the perfect time to try Airbnb for the first time. I did take a look at hotels but much like NYC, Parisian hotels can be pretty small and since I’d be sharing a room with my sister – they almost always have a pair of twin beds in double rooms.
After about a 15 minute search on Airbnb’s site I found this gem steps away from Champs Elysees and the Arc de Triomphe. The major perks are the perfect location – Complete with a view of the Eiffel Tower, the enormous perfectly appointed living room, three bedrooms and modern kitchen. The down sides would be first that did alert the host that there was no toilet paper in the apartment and she said she’d pop in to bring some…that never happened. The toilet room is incredible small and major first world problem – you do get used to daily housekeeping in hotels and so making your own bed is a must.
Honorable mention! Fully loaded Netflix filled with American trash TV. Plus, the four floor to ceilings in the living room are enough to never want to leave. All for much less than the cost of two shared hotel rooms. Extremely worth it. Even if you do have to buy your own TP!
