A Nude Summer in the City

I’m still in the mood for nude.

As much the colorfulness of summer fills my heart and floral prints tickle my fancy, blushy tones and nude palettes still rule my world. I think it’s my summer go to answer for all black er’thang because the truth is…all black in 85 degrees with 100% humidity in NYC is a death wish and we are trying to LIVE.

I love mixing high and low. I’ve paired this gorgeous lightweight silk blazer with an easy maxi I found in the straight size department of my local mass retailer and finished off the look with one of my favorite pair of minimal Chloe sunglasses and metallic silver accents. I ran around, had a bunch of meetings, ended up on an adventure in Brooklyn and stayed fairly cool (that nose dab chile’) and ca’ute the whole way through.
