It’s spriiiiiing! Well, kinda. The northeast of the United States hasn’t received the memo. Though today’s forecast is a brutal reminder of the shit winter we had, I’m celebrating the first day of spring with a new fragrance.
I’ll admit, I’m not the most adventurous person when it comes to trying new scents. I kind of like what I like and stick to that. Occasionally I’ll notice a fragrance someone else is wearing and ask what it is and then add that to my rotation.
Being a long time fan of Vince Camuto (he was one of my business/branding heroes) – when the brand reached out to see if I wanted to try the new Bella fragrance, I figured…he gets so much right, this is probably good too.
While I normally go for really clean and fresh or something with a hint of citrus for spring, Bella is a bit more floral and a little bit sweet. I took it for a test run yesterday and got a few compliments. It’s a nice change. Now, if we could just get the weather to change and perhaps a chirping bird or two?
