Killing Clutter and a Cutout Skirt

I’ve spent the last week purging my closets, organizing my home, putting everything in it’s place…Oy. It’s been quite the task! Preparing for Shop & Swap (woo hoo it’s today!!!) has been extremely therapeutic.

I’ve set new rules for myself to maintain my organization, to keep away from clothing clutter and will do my very best to keep them. Pray for me, ha! I think in all of the purging and contemplation of “keep, sell, donate”, I became really reflective and it led to me dealing with some other feelings I’d been harboring. Amazing how connected we are to the space we live in. Clutter free closets leading to a clutter free mind. Feels fantastic.

Now that my wardrobe isn’t packed full of random things I no longer need/want, getting dressed is so much easier! I can see everything, flip through pieces easily and I feel even more inspired by the colors, patterns and textures of my things. Yay!

Two things…first, I can’t stop cutting off my jeans. Second, this I can’t get enough of peasant tops right now. It’s hardly a fashion break
